皮痹是五体痹之一,外邪侵袭是本病主要病因,其中以风寒湿邪为主,脏腑失调则是发病的内在因素。众多研究显示皮痹多累及肺脏,表现有间质性肺纤维化、肺动脉高压等,这些症状均严重影响患者寿命,应引起重视。本文从中医学理论角度探求其与肺虚的关系,为本病从肺论治提供必要的理论依据。

Many studies show that numbness of skin will involving the lung, the clinical manifestations are interstitial pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension etc. , these symptoms are seriously impact on patient＇s life expectancy, more attention should be paid to. This article explores the relationship with lung deficiency in TCM, providing theoretical basis for the disease＇s treatment from the lung.
