养阴化瘀汤联合西药治疗系统性红斑狼疮48例疗效观察

Therapeutic Efficacy of Using Yangyin Huayu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine to Treat 48 Cases of Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的:观察养阴化瘀汤联合西药治疗系统性红斑狼疮疗效。方法:使用随机平行对照方法,将96例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组48例用强的松口服;治疗组48例用养阴化瘀汤,西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗90天为1疗程。连续治疗2疗程。结果:治疗组治愈20例,显效12例,有效10例,无效6例,总有效率87.5%。对照组治愈16例,显效8例,有效4例,无效20例,总有效率58.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。疾病缓解所需时间及药物不良反应比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养阴化瘀汤联合西药治疗系统性红斑狼疮疗效显著,药物不良反应发生率低,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Yangyin Huayu Decoction combined with western medicine to treat Systemic Lupus Erythematosns. Methods： According to random parallel control method, 96 cases of hospitalized patients were divided into two groups using random number table method. Controlled group consisted of 48 cases with prednisone ; treatment group consisted of 48 eases with Yangyin Huayu Decoction. Western medicine treatment was the same as the controlled group. 90 days continuous treatment for ! course of treatment. 2 courses of treatment continuously, and then judging the curative effect. Results： The treatment group of 20 cases got complete remission, 12 cases were markedly effective, effective in 10 cases, 6 ca- ses were ineffective, the total effective rate was 87. 5%. The controlled group of 16 cases got complete remission, 8 cases were markedly effective, effective in 4 cases, ineffective in 20 cases, total effective rate was 58. 3%. The curative effect of the treat- ment group was better than the controlled group （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Time needed for ease of disease and adverse drug reaction was bet- ter than the controlled group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： It has distinct curative effect of Yangyin Huayu Decoction combined with western medicine treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus, low incidence of adverse drug reactions, thus it is worthy of promo- tion.
