自拟通窍活血汤治疗骨折术后并发谵妄的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Self-made Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction to Treat Fracture Complicated with Postoperative Delirium

目的:观察自拟通窍活血汤治疗骨折术后并发谵妄的临床疗效。方法:将90例术后谵妄患者随机分成两组,对照组45例采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在骨折基础治疗的基础上,给予自拟通窍活血汤治疗。结果:经治疗后两组临床有效率比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但治疗组能明显缩短疗程(P<0.05)。结论:中药通窍活血汤治疗术后谵妄能达到西药相同的疗效,并且能缩短病程,值得推广。

Objective： Observing the clinical effect of using Self-made Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction to treat fracture compli- cated with postoperative delirium. Methods ： 90 cases of patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the controlled group was given routine treatment of western medicine, the treatment group was given Self-made Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on the basis of western medicine. Results ： The effective rates of the two groups were no significant differences after treatment （ P 〉0.05 ）, but the treatment group could obviously shorten the course （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Self-made Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction can ob- tain the same effects as west medicine to treat fracture complicated with postoperative delirium. At the same time, it can shorten the treatment course and it＇s worth of popularizing.
