中药溃结汤联合大肠水疗法治疗慢性结肠炎的临床研究及护理

Clinical Study and Nursing of Using Kuijie Decoction Combined with Colon Hydrotherapy to Treat Chronic Colitis

目的:观察中药"溃结汤"联合大肠水疗法治疗慢性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:80例慢性结肠炎患者,随机分为两组,观察组40例,对照组40例。治疗组进行中药"溃结汤"联合大肠水疗法治疗,每天1次,治疗周期为2周。对照组用传统保留灌肠,每天1次,治疗周期为2周。治疗后进行效果分析。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组。结论:中药"溃结汤"联合大肠水疗法治疗慢性结肠炎疗效优于对照组传统保留灌肠。

Objective： Observing the effects of Kuijie Decoction combined with colon hydrotherapy in the treatment of chron- ic colitis. Methods： Choosing 80 cases of chronic colitis patients who were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the controlled group, each group had 40 examples. The treatment group was given Kuijie Decoction combined with co- lon hydrotherapy, 1 time a day, with 2 week treatment period, to achieve the goal of treatment. The controlled group used tradi- tional retention enema, 1 time a day, with the same treatment period. Results： After treatment, the cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the controlled group. Conclusion ： The effect of Kuijie Decoction combined with colon therapy is better than the traditional retention enema in the treatment of chronic colitis.
