幼儿教师教育科研素养调查研究——以成都金牛区幼儿教师为例

The Research on the Preschool Teacher's Scientific Accomplishment——Taking the Preschool Teachers in Chengdu Jinniu District as an Example

通过随机抽样法,对300名幼儿教师科研素养进行调查分析,调查表明,当前幼儿教师教育科研素养存在的主要问题有:教育科研意识薄弱、缺乏教育科研知识、教育科研能力薄弱、科研道德问题等;造成上述问题的主要原因是幼儿教师队伍整体素养不高以及缺乏教育科研实践锻炼机会等;实现幼儿教师职前、职后教育一体化,进一步完善教育科研管理机制、运行机制、经费保障机制和激励机制是解决上述问题的主要措施。

T hrough the survey analysis to 300 preschool teachers＇educational scientific accomplishment by random sampling ,this paper thinks that the current main problems of the preschool teachers scientific accomplishment as ：the awareness of educational scientific research is weak , the educational scientific knowledge is poor ,their ability of educational scientific research is weak ,and scientific moral problems still exist .T he paper suggests that the main causes of the problems include that the preschool teachers＇o-verall educational scientific accomplishment is low and they don＇t have enough educational scientific practice and training opportunities .The paper gives the solutions ：educational integration of the preschool teachers＇pre and post employment ,and further improvement of educational scientific management mechanism ,op-eration mechanism ,funds guarantee mechanism and incentive mechanism .
