优秀的辅导员具备了较高的艺术修养,就能摆脱生硬枯燥的说教,就有了帮助和教育学生的多种方法,就会使学生感到亲切和"佩服"。提高辅导员艺术修养的主要途径是:从树立正确的世界观着手;从培养辅导员的生活审美情趣着手;从提高辅导员艺术鉴赏能力着手等。

A good counselor should have a high artistic accomplishment ,which would be more helpful for the counselor to have various interesting ways of communicating with students .A good artistic culture background would also make students to ＆quot;admire＆quot; counselors ,which will make counselors work easily . This paper talks about several ways of improving the artistic accomplishment ：helping counselors to shape a good world outlook ;training them a good living aesthetic taste ;and improving the capability of art ap-preciation and etc .
