前交叉韧带解剖型重建的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 1背景 前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)损伤是最常发生的膝关节运动损伤之一。据统计,约占到膝关节韧带损伤的80%[1]。ACL损伤后可导致膝关节不稳,近期影响关节前直向及旋转功能稳定性,并继发引起相应的半月板和软骨损伤,远期可加速膝关节的退变,导致膝关节不可逆的退行性变。因此,ACL损伤的研究越来越得到重视。
