人宫颈癌放射治疗前后P-gp170的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨放射治疗前、后人宫颈癌组织 P-糖蛋白(P- gp170 )的表达及变化特点 .方法 应用免疫组化 SP法检测了 38例原发性宫颈癌组织放射治疗前后 P- gp170的表达 .结果 宫颈癌组织 P- gp170阳性表达在放疗前为 5 8% (2 2 /38) ,其中角化型、非角化型鳞癌、腺癌及腺鳞癌分别为 10 / 18(5 6 % ) ,6 / 10 ,4/ 6 ,2 / 4例 ;放疗后其 P- gp170阳性表达为90 % (34 / 38) ,其中角化型、非角化型鳞癌、腺癌及腺鳞癌分别为 16 / 18(89% ) ,8/ 10 ,6 / 6 ,4/ 4例 ,P- gp170表达阳性强度较放疗前亦呈增高趋势 .放疗后宫颈癌组织 P- gp170表达率和强度与放疗前相比有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) .结论 放射治疗可诱导和加强宫颈癌组织 P- gp170过表达 ,这可能是引起放。 AIM To study the expression of P-glycoprotein (P-gp170) in human cervical cancer cells pre- and post-radiotherapy. METHODS The immnuohistochemical staining was performed to test the expression of P-gp170 in pre- and post-radiation cervical tumor specimens from 38 patients. RESULTS The positive rate of P-gp170 expression in cervical cancer pre-radiotherapy was 58% (22/38). Among them, the positive expression rates were 10/18(56%), 6/10, 4/6 and 2/4 in keratinizing, nonkeratinizing squamous-cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and adeno-squamous-cell carcinoma respectively. The positive rate of post-radiotherapy was 90% (34/38) and among them, the positive expression rates were 16/18(89%), 8/10, 6/6 and 4/4 in keratinizing, nonkeratinizing squamous-cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and adeno-squamous-cell carcinoma respectively. The P-gp170 positive expression after radiotherapy was significantly higher than that of pre-radiotherapy (P<0.01). CONCLUSION Our results indicate that irradiation can induce and increase the overexpression of P-gp170 and may, therefore, be one of the reasons of crossed resistance to chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
