云南主产烟区不同烟叶原料致香成分含量分析 被引量:9

摘要 以云南主产烤烟的昆明、曲靖、红河3个地区的K326、红大、云87及NC297 4个烤烟品种的烟叶为研究对象,对烤烟的致香成分指标进行比较分析。结果表明,昆明及曲靖地区,致香成分总量均以NC297烟叶的最高,红大烟叶的最低,云87及K326烟叶的居中;红河地区与昆明及曲靖地区相反,致香成分总量K326烟叶的最高,云87烟叶的最低,NC297及红大烟叶的居中。不同地区不同品种的烟叶致香成分含量差异明显,说明烟叶的致香成分含量与种植的地区及品种有密切的关系。红大、K326及NC2973个品种烟叶,除NC297烟叶的致香成分总量外,都表现出致香成分总量与新植二烯含量大小为中部烟叶>下部烟叶>上部烟叶。 The aroma components of four flue-cured tobacco varieties tobacco including K326, Hongda, Yun 87 and NC'297 were analyzed in three main tobacco areas Kunming, Qujing and Honghe of Yunnan province. The results showed that the total amount of aroma components was the highest for NC297 tobacco, the lowest for Hongda tobacco, the middle for Yun87 and K326 tobacco in Kunming and Qujing areas, but this conclusion was opposite in Honghe area, indicating the total amount of K326 tobacco was the highest and Yun87 was the lowest.and NC297 and Hongda was the middle. The amount of aroma components had obvious differences in different areas and varieties. There was a closer relationship between the areas and varieties about the amount of aroma components. Except for the total amount of aroma components of NC297, the order of total amount of aroma components and the content of Ncophytadienc of Hongda, K.326 and NC297 were C3F 〉 X2F 〉 B2F by size.
