摘要
2009年9月至2012年7月,对云南省蒙自县红寨、北窑、小红寨、梨园村、观音桥、小东山及高家寨等枣树寄生线虫进行了初步调查,从36份枣树根际土壤中鉴定出短体属线虫3个种,分别是:咖啡短体线虫(Pratylenchus coffeae)、刻痕短体线虫(Pratylenchus crenatus)、穿刺短体线虫(Pratylenchus penetrans),枣树是这3种线虫在云南的新记录寄主。
During 2009 to 2012,the Zizyphus jujuba root rot diseases were surveyed in the main planting regions such as Hongzhai,Beiyao,Xiaohongzhai,Liyuancun,Guanyinqiao,Xiaodongshan,Gaojiaozhai in Mengzi county of Yunnan province.The nematodes were isolated from the 36 rot root and the diseased rhizosphere soil samples.The results showed that three species of plant parasitic Pratylenchus nematodes were identified based on morphological characteristics and morphometrics.They were Pratylenchus coffeae,Pratylenchus crenatus,Pratylenchus penetrans,which were new record species of Zizyphus jujube in Yunnan Province.
