壳寡糖对番茄种子萌发的影响 被引量:12

摘要 用不同浓度的壳寡糖溶液(50、150、250、350 mg/L,以蒸馏水作对照)对番茄种子浸种处理,探索壳寡糖对番茄种子萌发的影响。结果表明:番茄种子的发芽率、发芽势、根鲜重、胚芽鲜重均高于对照组,其中在150 mg/L的壳寡糖作用下,番茄种子的发芽率、发芽指数、根鲜重、胚芽鲜重、活力指数,分别增加16.67%、19.87%、41.67%、23.66%、48.57%,250 mg/L的壳寡糖作用下,番茄种子的根长增长26.02%,350 mg/L的壳寡糖作用下,番茄种子的发芽势、胚芽长分别增长36.67%、26.17%。壳寡糖对番茄种子萌发的最适浓度为150 mg/L。 Taken chitosan oligosaccharide solution of different concentration (50,150,250 and 350 mg/L) to deal with tomatoes seeds and distilled water as a control,the effects of chitosan oligosaccharide on seed germination of tomato were studied.The results showed that the seed germination rate,sprout tomato potential,root fresh weight and germ fresh weight with different concentration of chitosan oligosaccharide solution were higher than those with the control.In 150 mg/L of chitosan oligosaccharide solution,tomato seed germination rate,germination index,the root fresh weight,germ fresh weight and vigor index increased 16.67 %,19.87 %,41.67 %,23.66 % and 48.57 %,respectively,in 250 mg/L,tomato seed root growth increased 26.02 %,and in 350 mg/L,tomato seed germination potential and germ long growth separately increased 36.67 %,26.17 %.The optimal concentration of chitosan oligosaccharide on seed germination of tomato was 150 mg/L.
