摘要
五苓散方出于《伤寒杂病论》,为治疗水液代谢障碍的代表方剂。五苓散证病机实质为脾失健运,水液运化失常,津液不能正常布化。五苓散证病位在脾。五苓散功效健脾通阳,蠲饮化津,原为脾失健运,水液运化失常,津液不能正常布化而设。
Wuling- powder prescription originates from Zhang Zhongjing＇s Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases, and is the representative prescription to treat Water metabolism disorder, whose pathogenesis is due to disorder of spleen and body fluid transportation. The disease location of Wuling - powder syndrome lies in the spleen. Wuling - powder is used to treat such symptoms by making use of its function of strengthening spleen and activating yang and transporting body fluid.
