大宁河流域防洪护岸综合治理工程典型设计 被引量:1

摘要 基于大宁河洪水特性、河道自然条件,结合"国务院关于切实加强中小河流治理和山洪地质灾害防治的若干意见(国发[2010]31号)"要求,以大宁河流经的巫溪县防洪护岸综合工程治理设计为例,针对采取工程措施后仍不能达到防洪标准的城镇,提出了采取非防洪工程措施的设计理念。巫溪县防洪护岸综合治理工程采取了河道疏浚、卡口切坡、修建护岸挡土墙等工程措施,结合非防洪工程措施,有效改善了城市居民的生存和发展空间,最大程度保障了人民生命财产安全,体现了"人水和谐"的治水理念。可为山区中小河流治理设计提供参考。 In view of the flood characteristics and natural conditions of Daning River, according to the relevant requirements for the improvement of small and medium-sized rivers and the prevention of mountain torrents by the State Council, the design idea of non-engineering measures is proposed for those urban areas where applying engineering measures cannot reach the flood con-trol standard. The engineering measures such as river dredging, high cut slope of valley and retaining wall for protection, as well as non-engineering measures are both applied in the regulation works of Wuxi County in Daning River Basin, so as to apparently improve the urban environment and development space as well as guarantee the safety of people's lives and properties, reflecting the concept of "harmony between people and water".
