橡胶籽粕黑曲霉固态发酵脱氰研究

摘要 利用黑曲霉固态发酵降解橡胶籽粕中的亚麻苦苷脱氰。在单因素试验的基础上,以发酵时间、发酵温度和麸皮添加量为自变量,以氰脱除率为响应值,进行橡胶籽粕黑曲霉固态发酵脱氰响应面优化试验。得到的最佳脱氰工艺条件为:发酵时间82 h,发酵温度30.5℃,麸皮添加量11 g(10 g橡胶籽粕)。在最佳条件下,氰的脱除率为94.30%,经发酵的橡胶籽粕氰含量由3.7 mg/kg降至0.211 mg/kg。 Removal of cyanides(Linamarin) from ttevea brasiliensis seed meal by solid fermentation with Aspergillus niger was studied. With fermentation time, fermentation temperature and bran dosage as factors, removal rate of cyanides as response value, the removal conditions were optimized by response surface methodology on the basis of single factor experiment. The results showed that the optimal condi- tions were obtained as follows : fermentation time 82 h, fermentation temperature 30.5 ℃, bran dosage 11 g ( 10 g of Hevea brasiliensis seed meal). Under the optimal conditions,the removal rate of cyanides reached 94.30%, and the cyanides content of the fermented Hevea brasiliensis seed meal reduced from 3.7 mg/kg to 0.211 mg/kg.
