摘要
在管式反应器内,以酸化油为原料,对制备生物柴油过程中第一步甲酯化反应进行了研究。结果表明:管式反应器可以增强传质,缩短反应时间;在管式反应器中反应的最佳工艺条件为:浓硫酸为催化剂,催化剂用量3%(以反应物的总质量计),甲醇与酸化油摩尔比30∶1,反应温度100℃,线速度15.4 mm/s(对应停留时间7.24 min);在最佳工艺条件下,产物酸值(KOH)降至1.49 mg/g,可满足下一步酯交换反应要求。
Using aci d oil as raw material, methyl esterification of the first step of the biodiesel preparation in pipeline reactor was studied. The results showed that the pipeline reactor could enhance mass transfer and shorten the reaction time. The optimal reaction conditions in pipeline reactor were determined as fol-lows:with concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst, catalyst dosage 3% ( based on total mass of reactants ) , molar ratio of methanol to acid oil 30:1 , reaction temperature 100℃, line speed 15 . 4 mm/s ( the corre-sponding dwell time 7. 24 min). Under these conditions,the acid value of the product reduced to 1. 49 mgKOH/g , which met the demand of transesterification of the next step.
