摘要
在风能资源丰富的新疆额河风区,弃风限电问题已经成为影响风电项目预期财务效益和今后风电场开发的主要问题。在冬季采用风电供热是降低弃风限电的最直接有效的手段。经过比较几种风电供热形式,及应用财务净现值(FNPV)法分析不同的投资建设模式,由风电场所在地的风电项目公司投资建设蓄热电锅炉供热站以增加负荷、促使风电就地消纳的方式,其财务效益和经济效益是可行的。同时建议每10万m2供热面积配置150 MW风电装机容量。
In the rich wind energy region along the Ehe River in Xinjiang, wind is abandoned for power generation and the wind energy is limited to fit in the grid. Those have become the main issues which impact the expected financial benefit of the built wind farms and the future wind energy development. In winter, heat supply through wind energy is one direct and effective means to reduce the wind a- bandoning and fit-in-grid limit of wind energy. Through the comparison of the modes of the heat supply through wind energy as well as the analysis on different investment and development means by application of FNPV method, the wind project company may invest and construct the heat supply station where the wind project is located and whose boiler is run by the wind energy so as to increase the load and promote the wind energy to consume locally. This mode is feasible in terms of both financial and economic benefits. Meanwhile, it suggests that the installed capacity of 150 MW wind energy be completed with 100 000 m2 heating area.
