摘要
从创新基础、创新投入、创新转化和创新产出4个维度构建高技术产业自主创新能力综合评价指标体系,并运用因子分析法和聚类分析法对我国各地区的高技术产业自主创新能力进行综合评价与分析;进一步建立回归模型,定量分析这4个维度对高技术产业自主创新能力的影响作用。研究结果表明,中国高技术产业自主创新能力区域差异较为明显;创新投入和创新产出是影响高技术产业自主创新能力最主要的因素;加大高技术产业自主创新投入力度是提升区域高技术产业自主创新能力的关键性措施。
This paper constructs an evaluation index system of the independent innovation capacity of high- tech industry in China from four aspects: innovation foundation,innovation investment,innovation transformation and innovation output.Then factor analysis and cluster analysis are carried out for assessing and comprising the independent innovation capacity of high- tech industry of each area in China. Furthermore it establishes the regression model,and then quantitatively analyzes the influence of the independent innovation capacity of high- tech industry from these four aspects. The empirical results show that the independent innovation capacity of high- tech industry in China has great regional differences; innovation investment and innovation output are the main influencing factors of the independent innovation capacity of high- tech industry; to increase the independent innovation investment of hi- tech industry is the key measure to accelerate the enhancement of the independent innovation capacity of regional high- tech industry.
