Comparative Analysis of Technology Finance Service Platform in China

推动金融创新与科技创新的结合不仅是中国应对全球金融危机的现实选择,也是提高自主创新能力、实现经济增长方式转变的现实需要。介绍我国科技金融服务平台的发展现状,并比较分析目前国内两种类型的科技金融服务平台产生的背景、服务功能和运行模式的差异,提出完善我国科技金融服务平台建设的对策建议,即要制定合适的科技金融服务平台建设路径、不断创新科技金融服务产品与模式和提高企业的科技金融结合意识。

To promote the combination of financial innovation and technology innovation is not only a realistic choice for China to cope with the global financial crisis,but also the need to enhance the capability of independent innovation to realize the transformation of the mode of economic growth. This paper introduces the development status of technology financial service platform in China,comparatively analyzes the difference of two types of domestic technology financial services platforms from the aspects of background,service function and operation mode,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the technology financial service platform in China,namely,developing appropriate technology financial service platform construction path,continuously innovating technology financial services products and pattern,and improving the enterprise＇s technology financial awareness.
