摘要
金砖四国目前是国际的焦点,因为他们都是巨大的经济体,并具有成为富裕经济体的潜力,凭借其自然资源和人力资源可能在未来几十年内对世界产生深远的影响,而中、俄、印、巴的科研水平的增长是快速和多样化的,未来也将会处于世界知识中心的位置。以SCI-Expanded数据库为基础,对1981—2011年以中国、俄罗斯、印度、巴西四国为作者国别发表的SCI论文进行统计分析,通过论文发表数量和研究领域情况展现金砖四国科研的发展现状,并展望金砖四国未来发展趋势,为我国进一步提高科研成果的国际影响力和促进学术交流,为国家科技管理政策的制定提供科学依据。
Brazil,Russia,India,and China（ BRIC） are huge economies and have the potential to become wealthy economies. The growth of scientific research in BRIC is fast and diverse. They may make profound influence with their natural and human resources in the coming decades and can become the center of knowledge in the world. Papers indexed by SCI-Expanded database,which were published by BRIC＇s authors from 1981 to 2011 were analyzed. This study presents current status and future trend of scientific research of BRIC. The data may help to improve the international influence and academic exchanges and might provide a basis for national science and technology policy of China.
