设计人员的建筑废弃物减量化行为影响因素分析

Influence Factors on Construction Designers' Behavior toward Construction Waste Minimization

在总结国内外文献与访谈的基础上,结合Ajzen的计划行为理论样卷编制设计人员建筑废弃物减量化行为意识量表,并从政策规范、管理障碍、利益障碍与行为知识技能4个方面归纳影响设计人员知觉行为控制的变量。通过对深圳市12家建筑设计单位的调查发现,设计人员减量化的态度积极、行为意识强烈,但极少付诸行动,主要原因是其感知到的行为控制力较低;进而分析设计人员知觉行为控制力较低的最主要原因,即缺少技术标准与规范、缺少政策法规、相关主体不配合。根据此研究结果提出相应的建议。

A questionnaire for measuring the designers＇ attitude and behavior toward construction waste minimization was designed on the basis of literature review,interview and Ajzen＇s TPB sample questionnaire. The influencing factors on designers＇ perceived control were also investigated. The questionnaire survey was conducted within the designers of 12 design institutes in Shenzhen. The survey results demonstrate that the designers＇ attitude toward construction waste minimization is positive but their behavior is hindered by their low perceived behavior control. Lack of technology specifications,absence of legislation as well as inefficient cooperation among stakeholders are the three most significant factors which contribute to the low perceived behavior control. According to the survey results,some suggestions are presented.
