摘要 【目的】优化超高压提取桔梗皂苷的工艺条件,为其综合开发与利用提供参考依据。【方法】以桔梗为原料,采用单因素试验及正交试验,考察粉碎度、超高压压力、保压时间和固液比对桔梗皂苷提取效果的影响。【结果】影响桔梗皂苷提取因素的顺序为:粉碎度>超高压压力>保压时间>固液比。超高压提取桔梗皂苷的最佳工艺条件为:粉碎度60目、超高压压力400MPa、保压时间4.0 min、固液比1∶14(g∶mL),在此工艺条件下,桔梗皂苷的提取率为4.67%。【结论】超高压提取是提取桔梗皂苷的有效方法。 [Objective]The conditions of extracting saponins from roots of Platycodon grandi florum (RPGF) were optimized by ultra high pressure in order to provide references for its comprehensive development and utilization.[Method]Using RPGF as materials,single factor and orthogonal test were used to study the effects of grinding degree,UHP pressure,pressure time,and solid-to-liquid ratio on extraction.[Result]The influencing order was grinding degree > UHP pressure > pressure time > solid-to-liquid ratio.The best saponins extraction conditions were grinding degree of 60 mesh,UHP pressure of 400 MPa,pressure time of 4.0 min,and solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶14 (g∶mL),under which the yield of saponins was 4.67%.[Conclusion]The UHP extraction method was a useful method for extracting saponins from RPGF.
