抗鸡源大肠杆菌的枯草芽孢杆菌鉴定及代谢产物理化特性研究 被引量:3

Identification of Bacillus subtilis Against Escherichia coli Isolated from Chicken and Physical and Chemical Properties of Its Metabolites

摘要 本试验采用鸡源大肠杆菌O2作为指示菌,对29株芽孢杆菌的发酵产物进行了抑菌效果检测,获得了4株抑菌圈在15mm以上的芽孢杆菌;在此基础上,对其代谢产物进行了抑菌谱的测定及理化稳定性试验,发现其中一株芽孢杆菌对革兰氏阳性、阴性细菌及真菌均具有良好的抑菌和杀菌效果,理化性质稳定,对鸡源大肠杆菌抑菌圈达到20mm以上;生理生化鉴定及16S rDNA测序结果显示该菌为一株枯草芽孢杆菌,命名为枯草芽孢杆菌GD株。 In the study,4 strains,inhibition zone diameters of which were above 15 mm with E.coli 02 from chicken as an indicator bacterium, were obtained from 29 Bacillus through detecting antibacterial ability of metabolites. Based on those results,it was found that one Bacillus had good antimicrobial and bactericidal effect on Gram-positive, Gram-negative bacteria and fungi, and also had stable physical and chemical properties and more than 20 mm of inhibition zone diameter against E.coli 02 by detection of antimicrobial spectrum and physical and chemical stability. Moreover, by systemic biochemistry identification and 16 S rDNA sequencing, the Bacillus was classified for Bacillus subtilis, named Bacillus subtilis strain GD.
