摘要
从80对玉米(Zea mays L.)SSR引物中筛选出26对扩增带型稳定性较高的引物,利用这些SSR引物对70份国内外收集引进的玉米自交系和6个国内标准测验种进行遗传多样性分析.结果表明,26对引物在76份玉米材料中共检测到80个等住基因位点,每对引物检测出2~6个等位基因,平均3.08个;每个位点的多态性信息含量变化范围为0.18~0.80,平均为0.45.UPGMA聚类结果表明,70份玉米自交系可划分为PA、Lancaster、旅大红骨、四平头、PB、BSSS 6个杂种优势类群.
The genetic diversities of 70 maize inbred lines and 6 domestic standard testers were analyzed with SSR markers.26 polymorphic SSR primes were screened from 80 SSR primers.The results showed that 80 alleles were detected in 26 primers among 76 maize inbred lines.The number of alleles per SSR locus was ranged from 2 to 6 with an average of 3.08.The value of polymorphism information content (PIC) for each SSR locus varied from 0.18 to 0.80 with an average of 0.45.The results of UPGMA analysis showed that 70 maize inbred lines were classified into 6 heterotic groups (i.e.PA,Lancaster,Lvda Red Cob,Sipingtou,PB and BSSS).
