菜子膨化对斑点叉尾鮰的离体消化影响 被引量:1

摘要 以斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punetaus)肠道的粗酶液为消化酶酶源,采用离体消化法,分别测定了其对菜子膨化前后的离体消化能和干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪的离体消化率。结果表明,斑点叉尾鮰对饲料干物质的离体消化率为膨化菜子(33.43%)>未膨化菜子(32.68%);对粗蛋白质的离体消化率为未膨化菜子(63.65%)>膨化菜子(43.21%);对粗脂肪的离体消化率为膨化菜子(25.19%)>未膨化菜子(24.79%);对离体消化能的影响为膨化菜子(12.91 MJ/kg)>未膨化菜子(11.81 MJ/kg)。膨化工艺可提高斑点叉尾鮰对菜子的干物质、粗脂肪的离体消化率和消化能,说明菜子作为一种非常规植物能量原料应用到水产饲料中是可行的。 Using coarse enzyme liquid from intestinal canal of channel catfish as enzyme source,effects of rupeseed expanded process on in vitro digestisility of feedstuffs in channel catfish were studied.The feedstuffs in the trial were unexpanded rapeseed,expanded rapeseed.The results showed that the in vitro dry matter digestibility of feedstuffs in channel catfish were expanded rapeseed (33.43%) >unexpanded rapeseed (32.68%).The in vitro digesibility of crude protein were unexpanded rapeseed (63.65%)> expanded rapeseed (43.21%).The in vitro digestibility of crude fat were expanded rapeseed (25.19%)> unexpanded rapeseed (24.79%).The in vitro digestibility of energy were expanded rapeseed (12.91 MJ/kg)>unexpanded rapeseed (11.81 MJ/kg).The in vitro dry matter digestibility,digesibility of crude fat and digestive energy of feedstuffs in channel catfish were increased.Applying rapeseed as an unconventional energy plant to the aquatic feed is feasible.
