一年蓬叶挥发油的体外抗氧化活性研究

Antioxidant Activities in Vitro of Volatile Oil from Leaves of Erigeron annus

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取一年蓬(Erigeron annus)叶的挥发油,以DPPH自由基(DPPH·)、亚硝酸钠清除作用和金属离子螯合作用为指标评价挥发油的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,一年蓬叶20%挥发油对DPPH·、亚硝酸钠的清除作用和金属离子螯合作用的效果明显,其IC50分别为71.99、148.46、75.22μL。一年蓬叶挥发油具有良好的体外抗氧化活性,且样品量与抗氧化活性存在量效关系。

The volatile oil from leaves of Eigeron annus was extracted by steam distillation and its antioxidant activities were evaluated by scavenging capacity against DPPH.and sodium nitrite,and metal chelating ability.The results showed that 20％ volatile oil had significant scavenging capacity against DPPH.and sodium nitrite.Metal chelating ability with IC50 value was 71.99,148.46 and 75.22 μL,respectively.The volatile oil from leaves of Eigeron annus had significant antioxidant activity in vitro and showed dose-effect relationship between the number of sample and antioxidant activity.
