The Cultivation of Innovation Ability of Students in the Agricultural College

高校承担着培养大学生创新能力的义不容辞的责任与义务,以武汉地区某农业院校为例,探讨了农业院校关于大学生创新能力培养的问题,包括对创新能力概念的理解、农业院校大学生创新能力培养的现状及存在的问题,并在对访谈资料整理的基础上提出了关于农业院校大学生创新能力培养的模式构想和建议措施。

Colleges and universities have the responsibility and moral duty to help students improve their innovation ability.Taking one agricultural university in Wuhan as example,the problems of cultivating innovation ability including the understanding of the concept of innovation ability,the present situation and the problems of the training were explored.Based on the interview,the ideas of cultivation mode and advices on how to improve the innovation ability of students in agricultural college were put forward.
