摘要
西藏那曲地热田ZK1102,钻进井深299m处发生强烈井喷.裸眼段(表层套管36m)存在三层压力相差悬殊的热储,且都具相当大的流量,井口主要依靠热流体结垢物不完全封堵.本文阐述该井压井特殊方法和处理过程,以及提钻、挤水泥、测井、下套管和注水泥等施工中井内平衡技术.
Abstract Serious blow-out occurred at the depth of 299m. during drilling operation of ZK 1102 well, in Naqu Geothermal Field in Tibet. Three layers of geothermal formations exist at the open hole section. These formations have great disparity in pressure, all with considerably large flow rate. An incomplete pluging at wellhead mainly depended upon the scale of thermal fluid. The paper deseribes the special well killing technique and process for this well and in-hole pressure balance technique adopted such as drilling string lifting, cement squeezing, well logging, casing setting and cementation.'
