营建集群产业区 吸引台商投资大陆的新取向 被引量：2

摘要 继20世纪80年代中后期和90年代初期两次台商对大陆的投资热潮之后,2000年以来,台商掀起投资大陆的第三次高潮.面对方兴未艾的台商投资热,大陆各地区该如何改进和完善现有的投资环境和引台政策,从而增强地区吸引力?这是目前学术界和地方政府都十分关注的问题.本文运用产业区理论分析台商在大陆投资的现状,认为台商在大陆投资的产业集聚特征明显,但远未形成产业集群,为此必须营造区域合作和创新环境,使台商在当地长期扎根.
