摘要
目的 探讨牛磺酸对家兔缺血再灌注过程中脂质过氧化反应的影响。方法 将家兔分为对照组、实验组(牛磺酸组 ) ,按改良Wigger’s法建立重度失血性休克模型。于休克前、休克后 2h及再灌注后 0 .5h、1h、2h分别测定血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及丙二醛 (MDA)。结果 实验组再灌注后 0 .5h、1hSOD活性均高于对照组 ,再灌注后0 .5h、1h、2hMDA含量均低于对照组。结论 牛磺酸具有抗缺血再灌注损伤及抑制脂质过氧化的作用 。
Objective To study the effect of taurine on the ability of anti lipid peroxidation of rabbit with IRI(ischemia reperfusion injury).Methods The rabbits were randomly divided into control group and taurine injection group.Hemorrhagic shock model was created according to improved Wigger's method.The content of SOD and MDA in blood serum was measured before hemorrhagic shock,2h after that and 0.5,1,2h after reperfusion respectively. Results The SOD level of taurine group was higher than that of control group at 0.5h and 1h after reperfusion.The MDA level of taurine group was lower than control group at all periods of time after reperfusion.Conclusion Taurine has anti ISR effect and can restrain lipid peroxidation. The effect is related to the rise of endogenetic SOD activity.
