摘要
本文就中温煤沥青的流变性和炭化做了研究。研究结果表明:在不同的温度范围内,影响煤沥青的流变学性能的因素不同。在200~320℃范围内,煤沥青中BI,QI组分的溶剂化作用是影响粘度的主要因素,320~400℃范围内,溶剂化作用和中间相生成是影响沥青粘度的主要因素。400~450℃范围内中间相生成是主要影响因素,用X射线衍射及电子自旋共振(ESR)对沥青的炭化产物进行了研究。
The rheological properties and carbonization of coal tar pitch were investigated.The results show that the factors effecting rheological properties of pitehcoal tar pitch differ in various ranges of temperature.The solvation of BI and QI components of pitch is primary factor which influences viscosity of pitch from 200℃ to 320℃. Solvation and mesophase formation effect on viscosity from 320℃ to 400℃.MeSophase formation is main effective factor from 400℃ to 450℃.The carbonized products of pitch were investigated by X—ray diffraction and ESR.
