摘要
用单丝法测量了炭纤维及碳化硅涂层炭纤维在炭/铝复合丝热处理过程中引起的强度变化,并用韦布尔统计理论分析了各种条件下炭纤维的强度特性。碳化硅涂层虽然稍微降低了炭纤维的强度,但碳化硅涂层对阻挡炭/铝复合丝的界面反应起一定的作用。在高温处理过程中发生的反应引起炭纤维强度降低,而韦布尔模数增大。
The Variations of strengths of carbon fiber and SiC coated carbon fiber during annealing of C/Al preform wires were investigated by using of single yarn method. Weibull statistical theory was used to value the strength characteristics of carbon fiber in C/Al preform wires. The experimental results showed that SiC coating which degraded slightly the strength of carbon fiber could resist the interface reactions of C/Al composite to some extent. The annealing of preform wires at high temperature resulted in the degradation of the strength and growth of Weibull modulus of carbon feiber.
