摘要
本文应用硫酸体系荧光法同时测定了Ce^(3+)、Gd^3、Tb^3三种离子含量,相对检测限分别达到0.006、8.8、0.09μg/ml。通过采用-阶导数荧光枝术,不仅克服了Ce^3对Gd^3的光谱干扰,而且使Gd^(3+)的测定灵敏度提高了43倍,相对检测限达到0.2μg/ml。该法成功地应用于稀土氧化物中钆、铈、铽的同时测定。
Sulfuric acid system has been used in this paper for simultaneous determination of Ce^(3+)、Gd^(3+)、Tb^(3+), the relative determination limit is 0.006、8.8、and 0.09μg/ml respectively. For the purpose of eliminatiog spectra linterferemce of Ce^3 and water's Raman peak in Gd^3 and raising sensitivity of Gd^3 determination, first derivative fluorometry has been adopetd, and the results are successful. The relative determination limit of Gd^(3+) has reached to 0.2μg/ml, determination of Ce^3、Gd^3、Tb^3 amount in rare earth oxides with this method have been proved to be satisfactory.
