摘要
本文讨论了用2个蝶式孔型轧制角钠的最少蝶式孔型系统;开发了凸平底蝶式切分孔型并研究分析了其变形规律和计算变形量的回归方程;按等宽度设计的切分孔型具有切分对称性好、轧制负荷小等优点。设计的№2.5~4角钢孔型已稳定地用于生产。
This paper describes the least number of butterfly passes system for rolling an angle using two butterfly passes, and the slittingbutterfly pass with convex-and-flat bottom. The deformation law has been studied, and regression eguations for calculating deformating have been derived. The advantage of the slitting pass designed by the equi-width method is the good symmetry of the shape when slitting in it. The passes designed for rolling angles №2.5~4 have been employed in production.
