摘要
以东风4D客运机车牵引从动齿轮为例,依据齿轮加工刀具参数及其它有关参数,基于齿轮啮合原理自编软件,自动绘制了机车牵引齿轮的齿形,用I-DEAS软件对该齿轮进行了静动态分析,不仅获得了各种工况下齿轮受力时轮齿部分的应力及变形,也获得了时变外载作用下的动力响应,为设计提供了有价值的计算结果.
By using a software developed by current authors, DF-4D passenger locomotive driven gear is automatically drawn based on machine tool parameters and tooth profile of the gear. Static and dynamic force analysis of the gear is conducted by I-deas. Stress and deformation of the gear at various load conditions dynamical response is calculated. Some useful results are provided to the designers as well.
