摘要
采用透射电镜(TEM)和X-射线衍射技术(XRD)对对Sol-gel法制得的纳米氧化铝粉体的微观精细结构进行了研究.研究结果表明,氧化铝凝胶粉体经热处理,在20℃、800℃、1200 ℃和1300℃时其微观结构经历了由毛虫型结构-针状结构-球形-哑铃型结构的转变,其中毛虫结构是由直径5nm左右的线性物质交织在一起构成.
The sophisticated microstructures of nanosized alumiua powders prepared by Sol-gel routine have been spstematically studied with transndssion electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It was found that the morphologies of alumina gel powders changed in the orders of caterpillar-thorn -granular-dumbbell shaped structures during calcining at temperatures from 20℃ to 8000℃,1200℃ and 1300℃. The caterpillar shaped structure composed of strings with a diameter of 5 nm.
