摘要 本文运用结构模型化方法 ( ISM)结合我国铁路近年的实际 ,以地区之间铁路货物运输联系的 OD特征的分析为基础 ,对地区之间的铁路运输联系的区域性和层次性特征进行了分析 ,结果表明 ,还存在着两个相关的区域和层次。作者认为区域性和层次性的存在一方面反映出不同地区所具有的特殊性 ,另一方面也反映出铁路运输网络的基本特征 ,应努力提高区域之间特别是华中和华南地区的运输能力 ,不断开辟新的通道 ,使区域之间的相互联系进一步畅顺 ;对于华北、东北、华南地区需要强化他们之间的运输联系 ,提高东北地区的辐射能力 ,扩大东北和华北的辐射范围 ,扩大西部地区与其他地区之间的联系 ,华中和华南地区是实现地区间联系的关键地区 ,华北、东北、华南是实现地区间联系的基础地区。 This paper utilizes the ISM to analyze the features of the inter region railway transport connection in area and depth on basis of the analysis of the features of the inter region railway freight traffic connection OD and in consideration of the Chinese railway operation in recent years. The result shows that there are two areas and levels that are inter related. The author thinks that regional nature and depth nature reflect the characteristics of different regions on the one hand and on the other it shows the basic feature of railway transportation network. So we come to the conclusion that efforts shall be doubled to improve the carrying capacity between regions especially between Central China and South China, and continuous build new corridors so as to ease the inter connection between regions. As for the connection between Northern China, Eastern China and Southern China, it must be strengthened to improve the radiating capability of the Northeast, expand the radiating range of the Northeast and Northern China, and expand the connection of the west region with other regions. Central China and Southern China regions are the two key regions to realize the inter region connection. Northern China, Northeast and Southern China are the basic regions for the inter region connection.
