摘要
锌耗高和锌锅寿命短,是玛钠厂热镀锌生产中影响经济效益的两个比较突出的问题,目前在国内有一定的普遍性。本文对其进行了分析研究,提出降低锌耗的措施和延长锌锅寿命的建议,仅供有关厂家和人员参考。
Two protruding problems affecting economic benefit in the process of hot-dip galvanizing are high zinc consumption and short life of the galvanizig pot. This situation is common at present in domestic malleable cast iron works. In this paper, these two problems are studied and analysed, and measures to reduce zinc consum ption and proposals for prolonging the life of galvanizing pot are suggested to works and personnel concerned for reference.
