铝热轧机同步电动机励磁系统改造中的问题探讨

Discussion on problems in revamping the exciting system of 1ДAПsynchromotor of aluminum hot rolling mill

热轧机 1ДАП同步电动机原有励磁系统是ЭМУ -Г系统。这个系统经多年运行 ,噪音大 ,效率低 ,发电机老化。 1994年 ,由东北轻合金有限责任公司和吉林电专将这一系统改造为SCR励磁系统。经过两年运行 ,发现新系统有几个问题 。

The original exciting system of 1ДAПsynchromotor was ЭМУ-Гsystem.After running for long time,the noise becomes larger,efficiency olwer and the motor aging.The system was revamped into SCR system by Northern Light Alloy Company Ltd.and Jilin Electricity School in 1994.Some problems were found during two years operation of the new system and these problems together with solutions are discussed in this article.
