摘要
对国内外有关专家——新手型教师的比较研究进行了回顾,并在此基础上对该研究的现状作了简要的评述,提出今后的发展方向。
This paper gives a review on the comparative research towards expert-novice teacher both inside China and abroad. What's more, it makes brief remarks on the present status of this reseach, and proposes the tendency of development in the future.
