燕山大学大学生就业工作的探析

随着办学规模的不断扩大,如何做好毕业生就业工作将成为高校从事就业指导工作人员的一项重大课题。本文通过对燕山大学大学生就业工作的调查,分析了就业工作的现状及存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。

With the extension of running a university, how to do the employment work well will become an important problem for those who are in pursuit of employment work.
