单缸柴油机双喷油器燃烧系统的研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文介绍了柴油机双喷油器燃烧系统的结构和工作原理。在小缸径柴油机上使用双喷油器燃烧系统可以增加喷注的自由贯穿长度 ,使喷注得到充分扩散 ,从而促进柴油和空气的混合 ,提高混合气形成质量 ,改善燃烧过程。同时 ,可以降低对进气涡流的要求 ,增加气门流通面积 ,减少流动损失。采用该燃烧系统 ,还可以减少气缸盖的热负荷 ,可实现先缓后急的喷油规律 。 The structure and the principles of twin injector combustion system have been introduced in this paper. The free penetration spray length can be increased by using twin injector combustion system in the small diesel engines, so that the fuel spray can be diffused sufficiently. The combustion process can be optimized by improving the mixture quality. Besides, the strength of the intake swirl can be less, that will increase valve area and reduce the loss of flowing. This combustion system also can reduce thermal load of the cylinder head. It can also realize the slow to quick injection process and reduce the combustion noise.
