摘要
车轴坯低倍检验是保证其质量的一个很重要生产环节,但当使用现有国家标准GB226—91检验时,标准中规定的酸液加热温度范围较大(60—80℃)、腐蚀时间范围也较宽(5~20min),对于工人操作来说就不易掌握,全靠经验来控制酸液加热温度和腐蚀时间等试验参数,在最终的评定结果上也就可能造成因人而异。为最大限度地满足大多数用户要求,而又不损害钢厂本身的利益,选择车轴坯为研究对象,探讨热酸浸试验的各个参数(酸液浓度、酸液的温度、试样的腐蚀时间)间的交互变动对低倍检验评级的影响,尤其是受试验参数影响较大的一般疏松评级的影响。根据大量的试验数据进行统计分析,最终找出较为合适的试验参数,以能达到即满足标准的要求,而又能保证检验结果的真实、准确。
It is importance macroscopic test can guarantee axletree steel's quality in manufacture factor. It is difficulty to worker's operate. If complete depend on worker's experience and control acid liquor heating temperature or etching time etc. test parameter, different men's examination may gained vary final results. All hot acid etch test parameter influense macroscopic test grade, especially general loosen grade. In order to farthest satisfaction majority user's require and without harm to steel mill in-house benefit, This text select axletree -steel for subject investigated, discuss hot acid testing severally parameter's impact use (acid strenght,acid liquor temperature specimen etching time). The article proceed statistical analysis basis on a mass of test data, ultimately find out appropriate test parameter, at the same time it 15 not only able to ensure national criterion, but also ensure final results reality and nicety.
