摘要
空压机第三级叶轮的叶片严重腐蚀,经光谱、能谱及X射线分析,结果表明叶片腐蚀是因进入空压机的空气中含有大量SO_2有害气体和第二级中间冷却器放水器排水不正常,使第三级叶片处于含硫的酸性气氛中而引起的。
The third impeller's blade of air compressor was corroded severely.The blade was analysed by spectrum, energy spectrum and X ray. Results showed that the corroded bkde was due to the fact that the air going into the air compressor contained a large amount of SO2 and the second tailrace of intercooler didn't drainage normally, which made third blade be in the acid atmosphere.
