双流法高温碱液预热器材质选择——耐均匀腐蚀性试验研究(一)

摘要 本文选用压力容器常用钢——— 12CrMoV、2 0 g、16MnR三种材质 ,按照适于我国一水硬铝石型铝土矿的双流法溶出工艺条件 ,在铝土矿溶出实验用的钢弹中 ,测定了 2 70℃、2 90℃温度下三种材质的耐均匀腐蚀性。结果表明 ,在2 70℃温度下均匀腐蚀速率不大于 0 16mm/a ,在 2 90℃温度下均匀腐蚀速率不大于 0 2 6mm/a ,按耐 10级标准衡量三种试验材质均属耐蚀的第 6级 ;在 2 70℃温度下试验未发现点蚀 ,在 2 According to the condition of digesting Chinese diasporic bauxite in two stream process,three kinds of materials,i.e.pressure vessel common steel-12CrMoV,20g,12MnR are put in the steel bomb used in bauxite digestion test.Anti-uniform corrosion property of theses materials are measured under 270℃and 290℃.The results show that the uniform corrosion rate is not greater than 0 16 mm/a under 270℃ and is not greater than 0 26 mm/a under 290℃.These three materials are of Class 6(corrosion resistant)in the 10-class anti-corrosion standard.No pit corrosion is found under 270℃ and whether there is pit corrosion under 290℃ should be further tested.
