铍青铜带材连续表面处理机列处理液配方的试验研究

摘要 为提高铍青铜带材的表面质量及光洁度,我院最近成功地开发研制出了国内首台铍青铜带材连续表面处理机列。本文主要介绍该机列酸洗处理槽液的试验过程及试验结果,并给出了最佳槽液成分及生产工艺条件。 Our institute has recently succeeded in developing a surface treating line for continuously treating the surfaces of beryllium bronze strip in order to improve the surface quality and finish of beryllium bronze strip.The paper presents the experiment process and results in developing the optimum working liquid in the acid pickling tank,and listed the optimum ingredients of the liquid as well as the process parameters and conditions.
