我国依法行政虽然取得很大成绩,但还存在许多问题,主要表现在,行政管理法律、法规尚不完善,行政管理法律制度尚不健全,应加大行政立法,行政执法力度,需要尽快制定行政基本法,建立违法行政追究责任制度,加强司法诉讼和行政法宣传教育,才能进一步完善依法行政法律制度。

Although there has been great progresses in administrative justice, we also have some important problems, which mainly manifest that the administrative laws and regulations are not perfect and the administrative law system is not complete. The anthor maintains that we should enhance administrative law-making and execution, lay down fundamental administrative law,establish the system of investigating and affixing the responsibility of administrative law - making and strengthen the education about administrative of justice and administrative law in order to consummate the administrative law.
