The first generation Party's Central Committee established the foundation of Four Modernizations by accomplishing the task of independence and liberation.The second generation Party's central committee made the whole country move in the process of modernization construction by shifting the strategic stress to the new policy of reform and market economy.The third generation Party's central committee enhanced the further development of modernization construction by promoting the transformation of economic system and growth pattern,establishing the basic strategy of governing the country in accordance with the law.
