土地征用补偿费中应包含养老保障因素

Old Age Security Should be Included in the Compensation of Land Requisition

城市化过程中必将涉及土地征用问题 ,而对失去土地的农民的社会保障问题关注不够 ,他们的养老得不到保障。本文从土地征用补偿费角度出发 ,论证了土地征用补偿费应该包含养老保障因素 。

Urbanization will inevitably induce a requisition of lands.However,we have not paid much attention to the social security of the farmers losing their lands.They have not be covered under sufficient old age security.From land compensation perspective,this paper suggests that old age security should be considered into the compensation of land requistion.
