摘要
在干旱和弱光两种抑花处理条件下 ,对紫苏花芽生理分化期叶内核酸、内源激素含量变化进行了研究。结果显示
Plants of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britte were exposed to water deficit stress and low light intensity during flower bud differentiation and the levels of endogenous hormones and nucleic acids in their leaves were determined. The results showed that the balance among endogenous hormones played a critical role in regulating the processes concerning flower bud differentiation, including the variation of nucleic acid contents.
