猪生长激素(PGH)基因全序列扩增及序列分析

AMPLIFICATION AND SEQUENCE ANALYSIS OF PIG GROWTH HORMONE (PGH) GENE

筛选了一对扩增PGH基因全序列的引物 ,用PCR法成功地扩增了PGH基因全序列 ,并对扩增产物进行了序列多态性分析。结果表明 ,与Vize等 1987年公布的序列存在 5 7bp的差异 ,同源性为 97.19% ;5个外显子间有 3bp的不同 ,同源性达 99.5 4 %。

A pair of primers for the amplification of pig growth hormone (PGH) gene was selected by PCR. The amplification products were analyzed in sequence polymorphisms. A comparison with the sequence reported by Vize et. al in 1987 showed that 57 bp differences were present in the full sequence, the homology between them being 97.19%, while in 5 exons only 3 bp differences existed, the homology being 99.54%.
